Return Policy

At Kaelee.co, we take pride in offering unique, one-of-a-kind artwork and carefully curated items. Please review our return policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Eligibility for Returns

  1. Original Artwork and Prints
    Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork and prints, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  2. Collab Section Products
    Items sold under the "Collab" section are subject to the return and exchange policies of the individual vendor.

  3. Digital Products
    All sales of digital downloads or custom digital creations are final and non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement (if available) or a refund. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at hello@kaelee.co.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
  3. Upon review, we will provide instructions for the next steps, including potential return shipping or a replacement.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered for original artwork or prints. If a Collab item qualifies for an exchange under the vendor’s policy, please contact the vendor directly.


Return Shipping

  1. Return shipping costs for eligible returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage or a defect.
  2. Items must be shipped in their original condition and packaging to ensure safe return.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom orders or commissions
  • Final sale items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards

Local Pickup Orders

For local pickup orders, please inspect your item at the time of collection. Once the item is accepted, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
